It is with great regret that we are writing to inform you that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Disneyland has made the decision to cancel GradNite 2020.  Although we had held out hope that they would continue on or simply postpone GradNite, but we have just been informed that they will not.  We have included the Disneyland GradNite email below for your review.

 

With the closure of Disneyland and cancellation of GradNite 2020, we must also cancel our Odin Student Travel Grad Trip for this year.  Due to the cancellation, Odin Student Travel decided to provide 2 options regarding the money you've already paid. Please click on the link below and select which option you would like to choose.

Option 1: Full refund of money already paid, including the Non-Refundable Deposit.  

*For those that paid in cash and chose the refund, we will be reaching out to let you know when and where you will be able to pick up your refund.  Credit card payments will be reversed via Pay Pal.

Option 2: Chose to rollover your payment as a credit to attend next year's GradNite 2021

*All of you have worked hard and deserve a Grad Trip.  It is for this reason that we will offer the option to 2020 Grads to have their payments used toward the 2021 Grad Trip.

Dear Group Leader,

 

While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of the unprecedented COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our guests and cast members remain the top priority of the Disneyland Resort. In light of recommendations by school and government officials to limit gatherings for the remainder of the academic year, we are making the difficult decision to cancel Disneyland Resort Grad Nite 2020.

 

Given Grad Nite events require a substantial amount of planning, coordination and travel, we felt that this was the right decision to make at this time. We know how much your students were looking forward to Grad Nite 2020 and that many will be disappointed, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We hope to continue Grad Nite next year and celebrate the Class of 2021. Any information about future Grad Nite events will be shared as soon as it is available. Together, we look forward to celebrating with your grads for many years to come.
